July saw ASC board member, Nigel Cook, enjoying a pleasant day in charge of the ASC exhibition stand at Old Trafford, the venue for the Security Twenty 23 Manchester Summer Sizzler event. The event, which was well attended, saw visitors perusing the exhibition of security products and services as well of course being able to speak to Nigel and find out all about the Association. Those who attended also had the opportunity to do a tour of the stadium and enjoy some food from the barbeque before the event closed.
Nigel said “As an Independent Security Consultant it is always good to attend events like this and see what is new to the market, it is even better when you are representing the ASC as it gives you an opportunity to meet and speak to such a wide range of people working in the security industry. I met some really nice people over the course of the day, and I very much hope that they enjoyed the event as much as I did.”
